Terms and conditions policy

Please read the following terms and conditions for booking open and in-house courses provided by Xact Consultancy and Training Limited (Xact).

Open courses

Course booking

You will be invoiced for course fees following your booking.

Payment

Course places must be paid 10 working days from issue of invoice or 3 working days before the course starts, which ever is the sooner. Places cannot be confirmed until payment is received.

Xact reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received within time frames outlined above.

Joining instructions

Joining instructions are issued following receipt of payment.

Special requirements

Please notify us of any dietary, access or learning requirements, you may have when you book so we can make any necessary arrangements.

Cancellation by customer.

If you cancel a booking we will try to fill your place on the course. You will incur charges equivalent to the loss suffered by Xact. No refund will be given for non-attendance of courses.

In-house courses

Course booking

Once we have received confirmation that you wish to proceed with the course, you have agreed to Xact’s terms and conditions.

Cancellation by customer

Xact reserves the right to apply the following percentages of the total course charge:

• Cancellation 8-16 weeks before event, cancellation charge 25%
• Cancellation 4-8 weeks before event, cancellation charge 50%
• Cancellation 2-4 weeks before event, cancellation charge 75%
• Cancellation 0-2 weeks before event, cancellation charge 100%

General

Course timings

Unless otherwise notified the teaching day is from 9 am to 5 pm.

Cancellation by Xact

Xact has the right to alter or cancel published dates and/or change venues without liability. If any changes occur delegates will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative at no extra charge or a refund.
